Hands On Pottery Party
WOW!!! This is so much fun that You have to tell a friend.
Since I have been holding Pottery Parties everyone wants to make a pot of their own.
 
Question: Can you do birthday parties? My kids are too old for clowns and I am bored with clowns.
Answer: YES what great fun!
 
Question: Is there an age limit?
Answer: Well 5 years old is a good age to start but there is no real age limit.
 
Question: What can I make?
Answer: At these parties everyone wants to have a turn so I keep the forms simple...Plates, bowls, vases, cups but there are many variations to these four basic shapes.
 
Question: How much does it cost?
Answer: Within a 20 mile radius of Washington, Pa. $70, and $7.50 per pot (includes set up and cleanup),
 
$125 within 60 mile radius of Wash. Pa. (includes set up and cleanup).
Mileage outside of a 60 mile radius will need to be negotiated on case by case basis. Call 724-413-4648 for more details.
 *** Note at the first of the year (2007) locations outside of Washington will have a travel expense tacked on as well.
Question: What does that include:
Answer:  Each person gets 3/4 pound ball of clay, four colors to choose from. $7.50 includes glazing and firing. When the pot is returned to a designated location it will be finished
